Sticker License for Small Shops - The Citrine Cauldron

License Overview

- Cost: $150 USD

- Term: 6 months of unlimited sticker production

- Expiration: December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST

- Availability: Licenses are limited due to the artist's own occasional sticker sales. We aim to ensure

distribution is balanced across the U.S. and globally.

Eligibility

- For Small Businesses Only: Must have fewer than 10 employees.

- Larger businesses: Please email TheCitrineCauldron@gmail.com to discuss a custom licensing agreement.

What's Included

- Permission to create and sell unlimited physical stickers using any previously purchased Citrine Cauldron

designs within the 6-month term.

- You may add text to the designs.

- Third-party sticker production is allowed if a contract is in place to protect the artwork.

- No digital stickers or digital file sales are allowed under this license.

Important Terms

- No sales allowed at events where The Citrine Cauldron is vending. A list of events (usually in Florida) will be

posted on our social media.

- Files may not be altered, shared, or recreated in any form.

- Stickers must be watermarked when posted online to protect the artwork.

- No wholesaling or bulk sales permitted.

- This license does not include any digital file delivery-only a receipt, which serves as proof of purchase.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use or sale of The Citrine Cauldron's artwork without a valid license will result in:

- Revocation of the license.

- Loss of purchasing privileges for future products or services.
