Refund policy

All custom made items including but not limited to, personalized items, etc are FINAL sale unless an error is made by Gemms & Roses. We pride ourselves in handmade items made with the highest quality materials to ensure a happy customer experience. All other items are returnable within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unopened. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and all sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE. IF item is sent back for exchange you will be responsible for your shipping charges back to us as well as back to your delivery address. If items are returned you will be refunded cost of item MINUS shipping. Shipping is NOT refundable. You must notify us at Gemmsandroses@gmail.com before any returns are authorized. We respond to all non-spam emails within 24 hours on MONDAY-FRIDAY. Our business hours are 9am-6pm EST. Thank you!
