Shipping policy

What is your shipping policy and shipping times?

Turn around time is typically 3-5 business days but are subject to change at any time. We typically like to get out orders as quick as possible but it will depend on how many orders we have. IF you have any questions about your order please include your Order number in the subject line of your email and reach out to us at thecitrinecauldron@gmail.com. 

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number which shipment has been dropped off at the post office. If any order is placed on Friday please note it will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.

Once items are dropped off at the post office it is out of our hand. Please feel free if you have concerns with your tracking to contact the USPS directly. We are not responsible for lost items or deliveries made to wrong addresses. Please ensure your address is correct when checking out.
