•Upload to any Print on Demand website (Without Proper License).

•Upload to any Overseas Manufacturing (Without Proper License).

•Print commercially in your Fabric/Transfer Shop. (Without Proper License).

•Create any stickers, pins, patches, etc.

•Alter this design in any shape or form. Including recreating, changing colors, etc. Files are sold as is and may NOT be modified. They are to be used for tangible items. You may not copy/trace these items to recreate your own.

•Reselling digital products.

•Share this file with others. You cannot have friends, family, etc purchase files for you. If you intend on using the file, you must be the purchaser. File sharing is forbidden.

•Post file without a watermark.

Licensing Options:

Small Shop Commercial License:

Included with every purchase. This license is exclusive for small shop owners who are using The Citrine Cauldron designs for clothing, tumblers, accessories, etc up to 200 end products. (This is NOT included for Overseas Manufacturing. these are for HANDMADE products only.)

Extended Commercial License:

This is an add on license that must be purchased by any wholesalers who sell fabric, craft suppliers, transfer shops, or anything of a wholesale nature or plan to exceed 200 end products.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the digital nature there are absolutely no returns exchanges or cancellations. Once digital files have been sent/downloaded there is no way to return them.
